You don’t have to navigate grief, uncertainty, or relationship challenges on your own. If you’re feeling disconnected from yourself, struggling with anxiety, or trying to make sense of changes in your life and relationships, therapy can give you a safe space to slow down, reflect, and feel understood.
I work with young adults, adults, and older adults experiencing grief and loss, identity concerns, relational concerns, anxiety, and the unique experiences that can come with Asian-American mental health.
My approach to online therapy is personalized, supportive, and focused on meaningful, long-term growth. I believe you deserve a space where you can be honest about what you’re experiencing without judgment. In our online sessions, you can expect a calm, warm, and collaborative environment where we explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I draw from Gestalt therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we can explore what works best for you and adjust our work as your needs change.
Clients often describe online therapy with me as a space where they feel heard, understood, and more comfortable being themselves. You may leave sessions with a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships, and patterns, along with greater clarity about what you want moving forward.
Online therapy is a partnership. You are the expert on your own life, and you get to decide what feels important to explore. We can take things one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
If you’re ready to explore what online therapy could look like for you, I invite you to book a session. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin—we can start right where you are.
