All interactions with online counseling services at Makin Wellness, including scheduling of appointments, contents of sessions, records pertaining to those sessions, and progress of counseling are strictly confidential and may not be revealed to anyone without your written permission except where disclosure is required by law. All confidential records of counseling services provided will be maintained by Makin Wellness, as required by state law. Counseling records are kept via an electronic database. All records are highly secured electronically and are protected by the same confidentiality, HIPAA and privacy laws.
