You might be feeling stuck—in your relationships, your self-esteem, or just trying to manage the pressure of life transitions. Whether you’re working through anxiety, grief, identity questions, or ongoing conflict in your relationships, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and others in meaningful ways.
I work with adults 18+ and couples through secure, online sessions. Many of the people I support are navigating challenges with attachment, communication, emotional regulation, or self-worth. Others are adjusting to new roles, grieving a loss, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Clients often tell me they feel genuinely seen and supported in our sessions—like they can finally speak freely without judgment. You can expect a space where we explore your patterns, build emotional tools, and work toward healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self.
I use a range of evidence-based approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We’ll tailor our work to your unique goals, values, and pace.
Online therapy is your space to grow, heal, and be fully yourself—and you don’t have to do it alone.
When you’re ready, I’m here to help you begin.
