When life feels overwhelming, therapy can help you find your footing again. I help couples heal from disconnection, infidelity, and infertility, and support individuals navigating anxiety, grief, or major life transitions. Whatever challenges you’re facing, you deserve a space centered on you—your story, your pace, and your goals.
I work with adults and couples of all cultural backgrounds and identities through secure, online sessions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in compassion. Many of the clients I support are working through emotional pain, communication difficulties, depression, or the uncertainty that often accompanies change. Together, we’ll create a space where healing, understanding, and growth can take root—you don’t have to do this alone.
I hold a Master of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University in Toronto. As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor at Makin Wellness, I advance my clinical work under the supervision of Michelle Wygant, LPC, a senior licensed clinician at Makin Wellness. This collaboration ensures you receive both my dedicated support and the guidance of an experienced professional overseeing your care.
My individual clients often tell me that I am approachable and that I focus as much on their strengths as their opportunities for growth. My couples clients tell me they feel our sessions are well-balanced, where both partners feel heard and understood.
In online therapy, you can expect a calm, compassionate, and supportive space where we explore what’s working, what’s not, and how to move forward in a way that feels true to you. Clients often tell me they appreciate how deeply heard and respected they feel in our work together.
My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, person-centered care, and strengths-based, solution-focused strategies. Together, we’ll uncover patterns, build coping tools, and find meaningful ways to improve your emotional health and relationships.
Online therapy is your time and your space, and we’ll go at the pace that feels right for you.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you. Let’s start this journey together.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, biking, reading, walking, and spending time with my family.
