If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, anxious thoughts, or the weight of daily responsibilities — you’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it alone either.

I work with adults who are facing anxiety disorders, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, job and family-related stressors, and women’s issues. Whether you’re adjusting to a major life change or looking for support in managing ongoing stress, I provide a space that’s compassionate, collaborative, and focused on real progress.

In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful blend of structure and support. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy — tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals.

Clients often tell me they feel comfortable and safe in our sessions by feeling heard and valued in our work together.

I believe online therapy should feel like a partnership — we’ll focus on what matters most to you and your child, move at a pace that feels right, and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

If you’re feeling unsure about starting online therapy, that’s okay — that’s completely normal. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
I’m here when you’re ready. Click below to book your first session — I’d be honored to support your family.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children outside, watching softball/baseball, exploring creative outlets, reading, decorating, and walking in nature.
