If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed by change, or caught in unhelpful patterns around food or stress, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and seniors navigating eating disorders, major life transitions, and the ongoing pressures of stress. My approach is focused on creating a supportive, structured space where you can explore what’s holding you back and learn practical strategies to move forward.

In sessions, you can expect a thoughtful balance of reflection and skill-building. I primarily use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that our work together is both focused and adaptable to your individual goals.

Clients often tell me that they feel more equipped to handle life’s challenges and gain new perspectives after our work together.

I view online therapy as a collaborative process — we’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way of the life you want and develop tools to help you navigate it more confidently.

If you’re feeling unsure about starting online therapy, that’s a common feeling — and you don’t need to have it all figured out to take the first step. I’m here when you’re ready.
