I am a clinical social worker who has been in the mental health field for 10 years, the past 5 of those being as a clinical social worker. My normal demographic is pediatrics and young adults, but I have experience in working with all age ranges.

I specialize in working with mood disorders such as anxiety, depression and personality disorders such as DMDD, Borderline Personality Disorder. I also specialize in working with eating disorders and providing FBT.

My therapy modalities are mainly DBT, ACT, FBT and CBT, but I branch out into art therapy and others.
