If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
I work with teens (16+) and adults who are coping with anxiety, stress, ADHD, trauma, and depression. Whether you’re facing a tough life transition, struggling with self-worth, or trying to manage the weight of perfectionism or burnout, I offer support that’s compassionate, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and empowered — not just for now, but in the long term.
In sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive space where you’re encouraged to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at your own pace. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions — always tailoring our work to fit your goals and your unique experience.
My clients often share that they feel safe and validated in our sessions and appreciate my explorative, insight-oriented approach, which empowers them to discover new perspectives.
I believe that online therapy should feel like a partnership. We’ll work together to identify what matters most to you, build tools for lasting change, and move forward with intention and self-compassion.
If you’re feeling unsure about starting online therapy, that’s completely normal — and it’s okay not to have all the answers before you begin.
I’m here when you’re ready. Click below to book your first session — I’d be honored to support you.
